**Steps to reproduce**
1. Set [disableprofileimport](https://github.com/mozilla/policy-templates#disableprofileimport) policy to true.
2. Open about:logins and click on Open menu (three dots) on the right top side.


**Expected result**
* Import Data from Another Browser is greyed out.

**Actual result**
* Import Data from Another Browser is accessible.


**Regression range**
* Will search for one ASAP if there is one.



**Additional notes**
* This option does nothing on clicking on the latest nightly or while `browser.migrate.content-modal.enabled:true` but still works on the latest Beta, RC and ESR where `browser.migrate.content-modal.enabled` is `false` by default.
