**Symptoms:**
- Empty content area or empty page whereas a button to download pdf is expected.
- No prompt to download pdf on Android.
- Impossible to view pdf on Android if it's within <embed> tag.

**Notes:**
This applies to users with PDF.js disabled, for example enterprise desktop users.
