I first became aware of this yesterday regarding this bug:

The issue is that we are reporting an error when `RemoteSettings` is not available/fails and this noise appeared when we enabled Translations for Nightly and Early Beta recently in Bug 1831963.

I believe Greg is already working on a patch that will quiet this.
