**Environment:**
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 116.0a1 (2023-06-06) (64-bit)


**Preconditions:** 
Clean profile



**Steps to reproduce:**
1. https://weather.com/weather/hourbyhour/l/8d8ffaae7a093388e71a59e7113b3a9fe73e6b7fca20d60c25754bc7cc260397
2. Scroll the page
3. Observe the "Radar" section.






**Expected Behavior:**
The page performs as expected.

**Actual Behavior:**
An increase in resource usage (CPU and Memory) is observed.


**Notes:**

- Reproducible in PRIVATE Mode as well.
- Screenshot is attached.
- Reproducible for other sections of the page that have the "Radar" feature.
