**Notes**
* Unmuting works if you click or press enter/space on the speaker icon.
* Mute keyboard shortcut (CTRL/CMD + ↓) does work accordingly.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Start playing a video on Netflix/Max/PrimeVideo and launch Picture-in-Picture.
2. Mute the video by setting the volume slider to 0% (cursor or ↓arrow).
3. Use the unmute shortcut to unmute the video (CTRL/CMD + ↑).

**Expected result**
* The video is unmuted accordingly.

**Actual result**
* Nothing happens, the video is not unmuted.

**Regression range**
* Not a regression, volume slider was added in Fx116.
