Notes
- Unmuting works if you click or press enter/space on the speaker icon.
- Mute keyboard shortcut (CTRL/CMD + ↓) does work accordingly.

Steps to reproduce
- Start playing a video on Netflix/Max/PrimeVideo/DisneyPlus and launch Picture-in-Picture.
- Mute the video by setting the volume slider to 0% (cursor or ↓arrow).
- Use the unmute shortcut to unmute the video (CTRL/CMD + ↑).
Expected result
- The video is unmuted accordingly.
Actual result
- Nothing happens, the video is not unmuted.
Regression range
- Not a regression, volume slider was added in Fx116.

This issue appears to reproduce for all tested streaming services, except Youtube. The Youtube does unmute the sound to 10% volume using the steps in comment 0. This being considered, I am editing the summary to reflect this information.
