* The issue is also reproducible on Beta 115 if the *media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.respect-disablePictureInPicture* pref is set to **true**.

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch the respective Screen Reader for the OS in use.
2. Open the browser with a new profile.
3. Navigate to [this test page](https://codepen.io/niklasbaumgardner/pen/MWBjBeZ).
4. Press the URL bar PiP toggle.

**Expected result**
* The screenreader should read out the developer warning dialog as it pops up.

**Actual result**
* The developer warning dialog isn't read. (something else is read instead)

**Regression range**
* It is not a regression as the feature is new.
