- The issue is also reproducible on Beta 115 if the media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.respect-disablePictureInPicture pref is set to true.

Steps to reproduce
- Launch the respective Screen Reader for the OS in use.
- Open the browser with a new profile.
- Navigate to this test page.
- Press the URL bar PiP toggle.
Expected result
- The screenreader should read out the developer warning dialog as it pops up.
Actual result
- The developer warning dialog isn't read. (something else is read instead)
Regression range
- It is not a regression as the feature is new.
