**Environment:**
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 117.0a1 (2023-07-11) (64-bit)


**Preconditions:** 
Clean profile




**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://www.imdb.com/
2. Scroll the page until the "Featured today" section is reached.
3. Hover over the section and click on the navigation arrows.
4. Observe the result.





**Expected Behavior:**
The loading time is the same as in Chrome and the usage of resources is normal.



**Actual Behavior:**
The loading time is more significant compared to Chrome and the usage of resources is higher.




**Notes:**
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP.
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release.
- Works as expected using Chrome.
- Reproducible for other sections.
