There appears to be no guidance on how to help a user perform a normal Firefox start-up in the case that they triggered Troubleshoot Mode accidentally (see also bug 1845112). In that dialog, the only options presented are `Refresh Firefox` and `Open` (which means to open Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode). If a user wishes to do neither, they have to guess (or know beforehand) that to do this, they should close the dialog with window controls (i.e., an X button) and try to open Firefox again normally.

The above can cause onboarding friction for users who may accidentally discover Troubleshooting Mode.

There appears to be no guidance on how to help a user perform a normal Firefox start-up, which may have been triggered Troubleshoot Mode without the user's intention.
