**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open following link: https://uksoutha.streaming.broadcast.radio/firefox_test_fallback
2. Check the URL bar for PIP button.
3. Press the Pip button from the URL bar.

**Expected result**
* I think the PIP button should not be available for this type of files (.mp3).

**Actual result**
* PIP button is available in URL bar and once pressed the PIP icon is displayed, but after being opened PIP button disappears from URL link.

**Additional notes**
* On Nightly build the PIP window is opened separately in taskbar but it can not be accessed. On Beta 118 issue is not reproducing only on Nightly 119.
