* browser.shopping.experience2023.survey.hasSeen: **false**
* browser.shopping.experience2023.survey.pdpVisits: **5**

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Restart Firefox after setting the prefs from above and open a random product page on Amazon, Walmart or Bestbuy.
2. Observe the review checker survey.

**Expected result** 
* The survey should have a ```x``` close button according to figma spec. (screenshot)

**Actual result**
* The ```x``` close button is missing.

**Regression range**
* Not a regression, this was implemented just now.
