Steps to reproduce

1. Restart Firefox after setting the prefs from above and open a random product page on Amazon, Walmart or Bestbuy.
2. Observe the review checker survey.

Expected result

• The survey should have a x close button according to figma specifications. (screenshot)

Actual result

• The x close button is missing.

Regression range

• Not a regression, this was implemented just now.
