(In reply to Richard Leger from comment #3) > The reason that there seems to be no sub-folder in Unified View Inbox, is that when you go to Unified Folders > Inbox > Properties > Choose, none of the account mailboxes or sub-folders are selected, and therefore included in the Unified view. Selection an account does not automatically select any of the sub-folder of the account in that UI. If you select an account Inbox, it then appear under the Unified View Inbox but still nothing no msg appear in the Unified View Inbox. Remain fully empty/blank. Noted as well, the Search Online option is also disabled, enabling it manually does not make any difference. Also just realised that in ***Unified Folders > Inbox > Properties*** the ***Match all the following*** (with no rule defined) radio box option was ticked instead of the ***Match all messages***. So the manual workaround to fix (after selecting mailbox and folder in Choose button and enabling Search Online option, was to tick the "Match all messages" option instead and pressing Update button allow messages to appear in the Unified Inbox > Message List. So the bottom issue may not be linked to a bug but to Unified Folder view default settings in TB related. Maybe something (re)set them at some point in the wrong way during an upgrade?

When enabling the Unified Folder view, I would expect TB to set all those options properly, with proper default settings.
