When I test Bug 1860426.
I can to reproduce it in Nightly 121.0a1 Windows 10 x64. 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set google.com (not need login) as homepage.
2. Set Bookmarks Toolbar to `Always Show`(to simplify the procedure)
3. Copy any text to clipboard (to simplify the procedure)

4. Close and reopen Firefox.
5. Click on `Getting Started`(I don't think it's limited to this one) in the Bookmarks Toolbar
6. Click on Home button
7. Right mouse click on Google's input field

Actual Results:
Edit context menu are disabled

Expected Results:
At least, `Copy` and `Paste` menus should be enabled.
