### Steps to reproduce

1. Access any webpage (wikipedia used in example)
2. Turn the orientation to landscape
3. Open the tripled dot menu

### Expected behavior

The menu should open as usual.

### Actual behavior

The menu opens, but is barely visible.

* Firefox version: Nightly 121.0a1, Beta 120.0b9 
* Android device model: OnePlus 8T, Pixel 7
* Android OS version: Android 13

### Any additional information?

I managed to reproduce this issue on OnePlus 8T only on Beta and Nightly and Pixel 7 on Release, Beta and Nightly, but did not manage to reproduce it on Pixel 3 with A12 or OnePlus 6 with A9. This behavior is reproducible on both Beta and Nightly, but not release
