Steps to reproduce

1. Access any webpage (wikipedia used in example)
2. Turn the orientation to landscape
3. Open the tripled dot menu

Expected behavior

The menu should open as usual.

Actual behavior

The menu opens, but is barely visible.

Device information

• Firefox version: Nightly 121.0a1, Beta 120.0b9
• Android device model: OnePlus 8T, Pixel 7
• Android OS version: Android 13

Any additional information?

I managed to reproduce this issue on OnePlus 8T, Pixel7 and Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 running Android 13 in Beta and Nightly, but did not manage to reproduce it on Pixel 3 with A12 or OnePlus 6 with A9.
