We tried again by installing Windows 11 Home Single Language 23h2 from https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/windows11 in English and Turkish on two different VM machines. On Turkish VM We followed the next steps: 1. Download the iso and install it inside the VM. 2. Updated Windows to the latest version (22631.3007). 3. Installed the latest Nightly and verified that all jumplists are displayed with and without sync. On the English VM, we installed the latest nightly before updating Windows, checked the jumplists, then synced, updated Windows 11 to 22631.3007, and checked the jumplists and we still cannot reproduce the issue. Are we missing some steps here? I yes can you please tell us the exact steps to reproduce it? Thank you!
