From what I see from the screenshot you are missing all jumplists not only the `New private window` one. The jumplists appear only after some time on a new Firefox installation. This happened in all the above cases for us as well. Can you please open Firefox, and some random webpages in new tabs to make some History and leave it open for a while? After some time the jumplists should appear. Thank you!
