Windows 10 OS
beta 123.0b2 and beta 123.0b3 (just updated and retested.)

Open 'Write' compose window.
If width of window is equal to or more than the length of the 'To', 'Cc', 'Subject' etc text box outline, so all of the text box outline can be seen.
Then text entered in the compose area will auto scroll to new line and all text is visible.

If width of window is less than the length of the 'To', 'Cc', 'Subject' etc text box outline, so the far right of text outline box is not seen.
Then text entered in the compose area does not immediately auto wrap to window width.
Part of the text in compose area is hidden.
It makes you wonder if what you are typing is actually occurring, but it is - you just can't see it and there is no horizontal scroll bar.
But if you keep typing then suddenly it auto appears on next line, but part of text is missing until you make window wide enough.
