**Steps to reproduce**
1. Go to https://www.yellowkorner.com/fr
2. Add an item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Fill in and submit the Address Delivery Form

**Expected result**
*  The address doorhanger is displayed and the values are captured and saved in address management.

**Actual result**
* Firstname and Lastname are not captured in the address doorhanger or saved in address management
