2. Add an item to cart and proceed to checkout
3. Fill in and submit the Address Delivery Form

Expected result

• The address doorhanger is displayed and the values are captured and saved in address management.

Actual result

• Firstname and Lastname are not captured in the address doorhanger or saved in address management

It looks like some of the fields are hidden to start with and are only made visible when a street is filled in. A similar issue occurs with 1883042
