Hey Tom, thanks for reporting this issue. In the video, it looks like you are in airplane mode. Perhaps that is why the download is failing. Would you please confirm if there is still an issue with airplane mode off?

Hey Tom, thanks for reporting this issue. In the video, it looks like you are in airplane mode. It seems that your wifi is on but at the end of the video, the wifi logo disappears so I'm wondering if this is the issue. Would you please confirm if there is still an issue with airplane mode off?
