[Why is this notable]: We are changing the UI, renaming a commonly used term ("add-ons").
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes. The desktop team is considering a similar "add-ons"/"extensions" renaming later.
[Suggested wording]: For consistency with Firefox desktop and addons.mozilla.org, Firefox Android's "add-ons" settings have been renamed to "extensions".
