For QA, we are looking to verify that all user-facing strings that have "add-on" or "add-ons" have been replaced by "extension" or "extensions". Going to the "Mobile" changes in the doc https://docs.google.com/document/d/1KZX2lIea8FB89BGRaVy5UBSueldYt_NYC_WNjRMbg_I/edit#heading=h.2947pbdkdjxj will display a few examples of the UI surfaces to check for. There is also a long list of pontoon strings that contained "add-on" (note the original query searched for "add-ons") that have also been changed.

Verified as fixed in the latest Nightly 126.0a1 from 04/03 with Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (Android 14). The "Extensions" term is now displayed throughout the application instead of "Add-ons".
