Consider also using this patch to fix the casing in a few other places too for translations:
(Buttons should all be in sentence case like [here](https://www.figma.com/file/GT6oZLFw32LiCwKl5GOMWD/Full-Page-Translation?type=design&node-id=11074-4535&mode=design&t=WHCbFBzW9AVnTzet-0):

* "Cancel" and "Delete" button case in popup for deleting an item in "Never translate these sites"
* "Cancel" and "Delete" button case in popup for deleting an item in "Download languages"
* "Cancel" button on low data dialog
