Consider also using this patch to fix the casing in a few other places too for translations:
Buttons should all be in sentence case like here:

• "Cancel" and "Delete" button case in popup for deleting an item in "Never translate these sites"
• "Cancel" and "Delete" button case in popup for deleting an item in "Download languages"
• "Cancel" button on low data dialog
