(Note: I can artificially *cause* something like the issue shown in the screencast if I use devtools to increase the height of `<div id="root">` in the DOM -- that makes it trigger a scrollbar in the top-level viewport, separate from its own viewport. Maybe when this was reported, the site had a bug where that element occasionally was too tall in some cases, which manifested as a Firefox-only issue for some reason?)
