+1, please capture the feature use case and implementation direction in a tech doc thanks! [Here's an example tech doc](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_tbbKtrQZltxZzGYmw4Y9KRp97JVJ223AlhkdBYft8o/edit#heading=h.5840t7jz7l1f) that explains using separate message group for CFR experiments which we have not been using lately and something to consider we are going into blocking message group direction
