For the record: In the Firefox support, it has already caused irritation a few times that no translation icon was visible in the address bar. Especially because there are quite a few websites whose actual language does not match the HTML lang attribute, and Firefox seems to strictly follow this attribute instead of doing a language detection. In such cases, people don't understand why there is no translation icon in the address bar. It's true that it's possible to access the feature from the application menu, but that's not obvious.
