**Environment:**
Operating System: Windows 10       
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 127.0a1 (2024-04-22) (64-bit)


**Preconditions:** 
Clean profile
Safe Search on Strict


**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to : https://www.bing.com/search?q=xxx&qs=n&form=QBRE&sp=-1&ghc=1&lq=0&pq=xxx&sc=11-3&sk=&cvid=B9C3995BC8924DAEA4B170DF22382423&ghsh=0&ghacc=0&ghpl=&rdr=1&rdrig=5653B71BA5C8427FAE30BFF38FFDA3EA&setlang=en&sid=12ECCB6188E46AB80F51DF0B89F96B97
2. Scroll and observe the results


**Expected Behavior:**
Adult content should not be displayed.

**Actual Behavior:**
Adult content website are still displayed with Safe search on Strict.

**Notes:**
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Attachment provided
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
