This might be locale / geolocation-dependent? I'm not seeing any adult content results when performing the STR in Firefox beta126 or Nightly 127, on Windows 11 in the US. Essentially all the results are about the Vin Diesel movie. I also don't get any adult content when I directly load the search-results link in the notes at the end of comment 0 (in Firefox). (I checked the first 2 pages of search results.)
