I have performed the regression range using Mozregression, on Windows 11 and the issue is reproducing starting with Firefox Nightly 101.0a1 (2022-04-27), where the Picture in Picture toggle is displayed for the first time, on disneyplus.com.
On the previous build (2022-04-26) the PiP toggle is not displayed disneyplus.com, so it seems that this is not a regression.
I am removing the "regressionwindow-wanted" keyword.
