Steps to reproduce

1. Launch Firefox and navigate to disneyplus.com.
2. Login with a valid account and start playing any movie.
3. Enable PiP functionality from the address bar.
4. Using ctrl+shift+] shortcut, enable the PiP window.

Expected result

• PiP window opens.

Actual result

• Nothing happens.

Regression range

• Will look for a regression range ASAP.

Additional notes

• Please note that the issue is not reproducible on other streaming websites like twitch, hulu, netflix or youtube.
• The issue happens only when trying to launch the PiP window. If the PiP window is opened and the keyboard shortcut is pressed, the PiP window correctly closes.

I have performed the regression range using Mozregression, on Windows 11 and the issue is reproducing starting with Firefox Nightly 101.0a1 (2022-04-27), where the Picture in Picture toggle is displayed for the first time, on disneyplus.com.
On the previous build (2022-04-26), the PiP toggle is not displayed on disneyplus.com, so it seems that this is not a regression.
I am removing the "regressionwindow-wanted" keyword.
