1. Start TalkBack
2. Open multiple tabs
3. Select `Tabs`
4. Navigate through tabs list
5. Notice there is a purple visual highlight ring to indicate the current tab; however, the current tab is not conveyed to screen readers

Recommendation:
Adjust the content description to say `Current tab, <website>` on the tab with the purple visual indicator.

* Alternatively, if something else is conveying programmatic state about the tabs, that could also be used.
