As a follow up to Bug 1901261, we'll remove the existing default bookmarks.

We're waiting on definition from product as to whether we should also land default messages for the new bookmarks toolbar button to mirror the existing defaults. 

We will also likely want to keep some (perhaps all) of the translated strings for use in bookmarks toolbar button messages.

  2. remove the defaults for all builds, or just for release.
