This bug should add the ability to remotely close a tab on another device via hover state and the right-click menu in the sidebar per the [spec](https://www.figma.com/design/ZFavpnAJee39j2mFf8U3D0/Sidebar-UX-Spec?node-id=11154-228827&t=LUOJEcYXHrwWNWi0-0). We can utilize the work done in bug 1886408 that added the close button on hover of a list item. But adding this feature to the right-click menu depends on bug 1909704 (which will update it and get it working).
