**Environment:**
Operating system: Android 12/ Android 13
Firefox version: Firefox Nightly 131.0a1 (2016040655-🦎131.0a1-20240825214745🦎)

**Preconditions:** 
Clean profile
Account login performed




**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/
2. Scroll the page and observe

**Expected Behavior:**
The page loads as expected

**Actual Behavior:**
The page loads slower causing elements and content to not fully load


**Notes:**
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Attachment provided
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing
