Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://wordpress.org/gutenberg/
- Scroll the page and observe
Expected Behavior:
The page loads as expected
Actual Behavior:
The page loads slower causing elements and content to not fully load
Notes:
- Reproducible regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproducible on the latest build of Firefox Nightly and Release
- Works as expected using Chrome
- Attachment provided
- Issue found during WebCompat team [Top100] websites testing

Hi Raul, I and one other Android user tried to reproduce this bug, and we can't. I think the site was updated. If you can still repro this bug, please reopen this. Thanks!

The page loads slower in Release compared to Nightly, but not significantly slower. Nightly and Chrome have the same loading time, give or take, but no issues are present if scrolling is performed, before or after the page is fully loaded.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 132.0 (2016051567-🦎132.0-20241021175835🦎)/Firefox Nightly 134.0a1 (2016053991-🦎134.0a1-20241103093001🦎)Chrome Mobile Version 130.0.6723.86
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)
Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)
