Steps to Reproduce:
1. From Firefox Labs, enable Sidebar and Vertical tabs.
2. Open enough tabs to make the container overflow.
3. Pin some tabs.

Expected Result:
The divider for pinned tabs matches styling of the divider for vertical tabs.

Actual Result:
The divider for vertical tabs has uneven padding on both sides and does not match.
