Steps to Reproduce

  1. From Firefox Labs, enable Sidebar and Vertical tabs.
  2. Open enough tabs to make the container overflow.
  3. Pin some tabs.

Expected Result
The (top) divider for pinned tabs matches styling of the (bottom) divider for vertical tabs.

Actual Result
The divider for vertical tabs has uneven padding on both sides, and does not match pinned tabs styling.
