**Environment:**
Operating system: Android 11
Firefox version: Firefox Mobile 132.0

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1885086
2. Scroll the page until the video attachment is reached
3. Observe

**Expected Behavior:**
The video placeholder allows the video to play

**Actual Behavior:**
An error message is displayed

**Notes:**
- Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
- Does not reproduce in Chrome
