STANDARD vs STRICT
Environment:
Operating system: Android 11/Android 13
Firefox version: Firefox Mobile 132.0
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1885086
- Scroll the page until the video attachment is reached
- Observe
Expected Behavior:
The video placeholder allows the video to play
Actual Behavior:
An error message is displayed
Notes:
- Reproduces in ETP Strict Mode only
- Reproduces in Firefox Nightly, and Firefox Release
- Does not reproduce in Chrome

For me, it reproduces on an Android 13 device
Operating System: Google Pixel 3 (Android 12) -1080 x 2160 pixels, 18:9 ratio (~443 ppi density)
Operating System: Oppo Find X5 (Android 13) - 1080 x 2400 pixels, 20:9 ratio (~402 ppi density)
