## Prerequisites:

Found in Nightly 133.0a1 (2024-10-19)(64-bit)

## STR:

1. Turn on NVDA
2. Open `about:welcome` from the URL bar
3. Navigate to the blue 'Save and continue' button and press `enter`
4. Move screenreader focus to the collapsed menu under 'Import Browser Data'. Observe screenreader output

## Expected:

When screenreader focus lands on the collapsed menu, it should say 'collapsed' along with the accessible name and role

## Actual:

NVDA mentions the accessible name and role but never says 'collapsed'. Note that after expanding and collapsing the menu, NVDA then begins to say 'collapsed'
