### Steps to reproduce
There are no clear STR, as this issue was a one time event and could not be reproduced again so far.
1. Leave Nightly running in the background overnight. Turn off the wi-fi on the device. 
2. With the wi-fi still turned off, tap on the Nightly icon on device's home screen. 
3. Observe the toolbar. 
### Expected behavior
A single toolbar is displayed at all times. 
### Actual behavior
Two toolbars are displayed. 
### Device information

* Firefox version: Nightly 134.0a1 from 11/03
* Android device model/Android OS version: the issue was observed with Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13)

### Any additional information?
The Automatic date and time was disabled on the device, and the time was set to 4 days in the future when the issue was observed.

1. Open a few tabs.
2. Swipe on the toolbar to switch tabs.
3. Observe the Tab counter.
### Expected behavior
The number of tabs remains displayed when switching tabs. 
### Actual behavior
The tab counter is displayed empty when switching tabs. 
### Device information

* Firefox version: Nightly 134.0a1 from 11/06
* Android device model/Android OS version: only reproduced with Samsung GalaxyZ Fold 4 (Android 13)

Not reproducible with the old toolbar.

Not reproducible with the old toolbar.
