I'd also suggest that we offer the manual config option as soon as the user enters a valid email address (similar to the old approach). There are instances where it's just not possible or worth trying to detect.

I'd also suggest that we offer the manual config option as soon as the user enters a valid email address (similar to the old approach). There are instances where it's just not possible or worth trying to detect. It's also not possible to choose to configure an EWS account manually.
