:emilio, what's your Linux configuration? Reverting my patch from Bug 1805367 still has the missing scrollbar issue. I'm currently building from this recent mozilla-central commit, https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/rev/233e73a17c3f7d9f9cbb3fc3dc7f8af9cad499ff, so I have no idea what is going on now. Attached is a screencast of the issue I'm seeing even when Bug 1805367 reverted locally. I'm not sure where to go from here nor do I understand what is actually causing this issue in the first place.
