**Environment:**
Operating system: Windows 10
Firefox version: Firefox 135.0

**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Navigate to: https://www2.my.commbank.com.au/netbank/EO.Apply.MigrantCustomers/Application.aspx?dl=WMGAPOD0WF
2. Observe

**Expected Behavior:**
The page loads

**Actual Behavior:**
The page fails to load

**Notes:**
- Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
- Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
- Does not reproduce in chrome
