Expected Behavior:
The page loads

Actual Behavior:
The page fails to load

Notes:

  • Reproduces regardless of the status of ETP
  • Reproduces in firefox-nightly, and firefox-release
  • Does not reproduce in chrome
  • Refreshing the page solves the issue
