I cannot reproduce this with youtube. Does this only happen with Netflix

BTW, can you either a raw data or text information on our `about:support` page?

Hi Thanks for the report. However, I cannot reproduce this issue on either Netflix or YouTube. Is this reproducible in [troubleshooting mode](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode) with fresh profile?
If so, could you do the following things that would greatly help us to identify the issue? 
1. Upload the information in your `about:support` page
2. Since this issue cannot be reproduced on my end, can you help me to narrow down the possible culprits with [mozregression](https://mozilla.github.io/mozregression/)?
